Nia Zambrano

TVM™ Practitioner

Nia Zambrano is a certified Advanced Somatic TVM Practitioner and Educator, and is Polyvagal Brain-Gut Access Certified. Her clinical practice is dedicated entirely to bottom-up autonomic nervous system regulation. Rather than managing symptoms or relying on cognitive talk therapy, Nia focuses on the biological roots of trauma and chronic stress. By interfacing directly with the vagus nerve and enteric nervous system, she facilitates deep fascial release and somatic integration to guide clients back to physiological safety.

Lived Experience

Nia’s therapeutic presence is defined by a deep sense of personal congruence, authenticity, and integrity. Her clients experience her as a practitioner who has walked her own path, navigated her own integration, and holds space from a place of genuine, lived somatic understanding.

In her clinical practice, she establishes an exceptionally calm, loving, and supportive container. This deep baseline of trust and safety allows clients to safely open their physical fields, surrender to the therapeutic process, and rebuild a secure, listening connection to their own bodies.

Clinical Philosophy

When you feel you have suffered enough, and need someone who deeply understands and welcomes all of you without judgement, Nia is here for you.

Trauma comes in many forms of intensity and unfortunately not many support groups or textbook studies can truly understand the dynamics of acute trauma. We often feel solitude and unsupported; a void within that maybe we are alone in the world; but we are not!

Triple Vagal Method is an extraordinary technique that address what most modality’s have ignored; the body.

Nia has had to navigate deep childhood traumas, intense lifestyle dynamics and cancer while trying to maintain a unique career in technical security; working off hours with intense disciple and demands. She understands the challenges the body poses as we try to navigate a “normal” life with nightmares, lack of sleep, inflammation, chronic fatigue, inner rage and vagus nerve disregulation.

Trying every form of modality on the planet and beyond, to find cognitive support and physiological safety through it all was a feat all on its own, until Triple Vagal Method.

Whether you fear the rage stirred within you by a traumatic event, or those feelings beg to be seen and heard, Nia holds that safe container for you.

The Therapeutic Container

The autonomic nervous system cannot be rushed.  Nia works within a highly structured, unhurried clinical format by conducting a 1-hour prep session establishing mapping, protocols and consent. Then every session thereafter is a  integrated 3-hours of personal care and rehabilitation base in the established preparation agreed upon in the prep session.

Why Work With Nia

Choosing to partner with me means stepping into a clinical, highly respectful therapeutic space where your body’s survival responses are met with absolute safety, dignity, and understanding.

As a certified Somatic TVM Practitioner, Educator, and Polyvagal Brain-Gut Access specialist, I do not ask you to narrate your past or cognitively analyze your trauma. Instead, my practice is built on a foundation of lived congruence and somatic precision—utilizing the Triple Vagal Method (TVM) to interface directly with your nervous system, stimulate the vagus nerve, and facilitate the deep fascial release needed to discharge stored trauma.

Through my uniquely unhurried, multi-hour sessions, we work to bypass cognitive loops, resolve autonomic dysregulation, and guide your physiology back to a permanent state of biological safety, deep restorative sleep, and true somatic recovery.
